first building consists of a ground floor
room, the foreground and a small attic. A
similar portion is adjoining to it but now
partially collapsed. You can still rebuild
it making small changes or variations. This
house dates back to the mid-1800s and
retains the typical architectural style of
that period. The second building is smaller
and consists of two rooms on the ground
floor and a room on first floor. Both are
solid and no major structural damage.
Therefore can make all conservative
restorations useful to make the building
habitable. Currently the building has only
connection to drinking water, but the place
is served by mains electricity, telephone
and sewer. The property is set in
mq of land and is in need of complete
renovation.
